Terms of Service

PokerClimb provides educational poker-training exercises and strategy analysis. It does not accept bets, hold funds, run games for money, or facilitate gambling. Training results are educational and do not guarantee results at a poker table. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

You may use a guest session or create an account to back up and sync progress. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the app. Deletion removes synced account data and local progress on the device used for deletion. Other devices clear their local copies the next time they connect. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription; cancel it separately through Apple or Google.

Paid features are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store displays the price, billing period, and any trial before purchase. Unless the store offer says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel or manage a subscription in the settings of the store where you purchased it. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. The applicable store handles billing, refunds, and payment methods.

Restoring purchases lets the app check subscriptions associated with your store account. Deleting a PokerClimb account does not end billing or remove the subscription from your store account.

You may use PokerClimb for personal, non-commercial training. You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 or use it to facilitate unlawful gambling.
• Interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, or attempt to access another user's account.
• Manipulate leaderboards, submit abusive or impersonating nicknames, or use automation to distort results.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit training content without permission.

PokerClimb and its training content, software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service while these terms are followed.

We may update features, content, or these terms. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or address misuse. We aim to keep PokerClimb available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided for training and educational purposes. PokerClimb does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
